The Irons Group Ltd. provides professional services in four major areas: Coaching, Strategic Planning, Manager Resource Planning (MRP), and Creative Communicating.

The principal, Keith Irons, has a rich background in business and industry.  He is a recognized leader in Professional Management.  He also provides services in Process Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Project Management.

Previously, he was owner and chief executive officer of Phase II, an equipment distributorship. He has been President and chief executive officer for E. D. Etnyre, a diversified producer for the road construction industry.

Mr. Irons has served as a corporate officer with the Barber-Colman Company, and has held the positions of divisional vice-president for machine tool, corporate group vice-president for five operating divisions in capital goods, as well as electronic products, and corporate international vice-president.

He also held a number of manufacturing management positions, corporate director of education, and corporate planning and marketing manager. He developed a strategic planning program, and worked with Mr. Larry Appley at Barber-Colman to implement a Manager Resource Planning Program. The two co-authored a book titled Manager Manpower Planning.

Mr. Irons' work in the international field has included license and acquisition activities as well as marketing. These travels have taken him to South America and Europe. He has Bachelors and Masters degrees from Illinois State University. He has taught professional management for a number of organizations, and serves as a director for a number of profit and not-for-profit organizations.
